I would like to see the Congressional districts, relative to the track of Helene and Milton, for those 100 Republicans who voted NO on the $20 billion additional FEMA funding bill, just before Congress broke for the the election.

This type of sh*thousery is SOP for the republiturds.

Ted Cruz voted NO on aid to NY/NJ for hurricane Sandy damage and then stood in front of a camera and said he "enthusiastically supported" it while begging for aid for Texas for hurricane Harvey. These sh*theels have no problem lying with enthusiasm and glee.

Rubio was another sh*theel that voted against aid for Sandy.

She twitted this after Biden had already signed the emergency declaration so the resources were already "free'd" up. She's just playing to the uneducated voters in her district.

8 deaths have been reported, 4 in Tampa Bay.

More Emergency Funds rather than less might be a better Republican Policy than, "Let Them Drink Seawater!".

Just sayin'.

Most of her Maga constituents will never know about her hipocracy since they get all their "news" from Fox and other fascist Trump complicit propaganda sources like every single syndicated talk radio network in the USA. The crisis is the right wing takeover of our news sources. They have been bought and taken over by Trump oligarchs from Twitter, CBS News, CNN, Sinclair Media, Murdoch media empire et al. They ARE the mainstream media now with the largest audience in numbers. The demise of local newspapers and small town journalists ushered in this fascist leaning flood of hate sellers to fill the void. Views are strongly shaped by the information you recieve and trust. Can you fault half the country for all being blithly unaware being lied to if Fox is your only window to the world and politics?

Hopefully their democratic opposition would have sufficient $ to inform their constituents of their votes.

We desperately need a press and news media that investigates and reports honestly. Politicalization in media needs to end and purveyors of it held publically accountable thru formal procedures.

It's lucky for Florida that Trump lost the election in because Trump would not e sending aid to precincts that voted for Biden, my county, i.e.; Broward eing the largest of the Democratic stronholds in the state ut we had very little damage from Helene an even less from Milton. In fact I spent a beautiful day at the each yesterday!

"Florida Republican Demands Hurricane Aid She Tried to Block"

Of course she did.

Many also claim credit for projects paid for by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act they voted against. A once-in-a-generation investment in infrastructure in cities and states, big and small, red and blue.

Trump promised an infrastructure bill (with first 2 years of unitary control) and, of course, failed to deliver. Biden got it done.
