The Republican Party has a packed court.

I doubt they'll agree to term limits.

"and outgoing Sen. Joe Manchin III (I-West Virginia)"

Good thing this guy is leaving and being replaced by a pro-Trump Republican, eh?

The ONLY thing that dirtbag did for Democrats was officially caucus with them, the ONLY thing it did for them was keep McConnell out of the majority leader seat.

That's not nothing. But it's sure not much.

When the Dems were in a Majority, we didn't have the scandal of Justices taking bribes and twisting the Law to fit the needs of the criminal traitor who appointed them.

Democrats trying to change rules again.

What are you complaining about?

18 years is plenty of time for a person to serve as a Supreme Court Justice.

Make it Five. Get Em' out Quick. And No second terms ever, One and Done.

Keep the Court in Constant Churn. More frequent turn over than Two term Presidents.

Impose heavy ethical constraints to keep out the Bounders and Corrupt.
