I guess homeowner's insurance premium relief was not as important as this.

Republicans have turned into bad jokes these days! I'd laugh but it's just not funny! People are losing their homes because of skyrocketing insurance costs and Clown Desantis think a tax holiday on guns is what we need? Our Governor is just an embarrassment for this state. What a crazy, stupid total assh**e!

Someday California will get a Desantis to bring this state back to what it was before the loons took over.

In an average year, 3,038 people die and 6,358 are wounded by guns in Florida. These are wartime casualty figures. The Sunshine State has the 23rd-highest rate of gun violence in the US. Gun deaths and injuries cost Florida $40.3 billion each year, of which $875.9 million is paid by taxpayers. I guess Florida doesn't have enough guns or gun deaths. Great plan, Governor!

Want to support the police, all you 'Thin Blue Line' types out there? To a person every police officer will ask for stronger gun control laws. Many of my relatives are or were police officers. One lost out in divorce court because of it, and another quit her job as an officer because she got tired of drawing her weapon EVERY DAY...
