That's where my sister lives. She could see the smoke from her house. This is what she wrote: "Last night it was close. Many neighborhoods directly across were evacuated. I live directly on the other side of that road. All good now. Fire is contained."

She also said "An amazing job was done by first respondsers. Follow Horry County Fire and Rescue. All hands on deck every surrounding area sent crews trucks planes aircraft."
