"Justice Sonia Sotomayor said the majority handed Trump the power to repeal laws passed by Congress "by firing all those necessary to carry them out."

"The majority is either willfully blind to the implications of its ruling or naive," Sotomayor wrote, "but either way the threat to our Constitution's separation of powers is great."

The original Court and the Appeals Court had both ruled against Trump.... they just were not RIGGED enough!

I don't mind saying we spend too much money in education -- outside the classroom.

Administrators should not make substantially more than teachers.

Teachers should get paid at least as well as the Resource Officers that so many schools have now.

"we did some bad things

we designed a meritocracy around
the skills we ourselves
possess and rigged the game so we
succeeded and everybody else failed

by age 12 American children of
affluent parents are four grade levels
above everybody else

by University the rich kids are 77 times more likely
to go to university or to ivy league
university than kids from poor schools

in adulthood 54% of the people at Elite
workplaces went to the same 34 Elite
colleges

so we ended up creating a cast
system

people with high school degrees
die nine years sooner than people with
college degrees

people with high school degrees
are five times more likely to
have kids out of wedlock

people with high school degrees are 2.4 times more
likely to say they have no friends

so we created a cast system even though we
pretend to be egalitarian

How the Elite rigged Society (and why it's falling apart)

Thing is, this won't actually improve anything. It will just allow states to leave special ed kids and lower performers behind.

Oh, and f*&^ this court. Roberts once said he was concerned about his legacy. Well, that legacy is going to be s*&^ as he's instrumental in destroying the country and setting it back decades.
