Nate Silver's Silver Bulletin average put Trump's net approval at negative 13.7 points as of February 9, 2026, and noted that the share who strongly disapprove broke 46 percent for the first time, underscoring persistent political headwinds for the White House and Republicans in a key midterm year.

When we gave Trump the presidency we selected absolute scum. The worst of the worst of us. A pervert and a parasite. A bloodthirsty, lying sumbitch.
The worse these popularity ratings get for Trump, the more these traits will be accentuated.
We are going to be very lucky to get through this with our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

Our lives, ZED, if we're collectively smarter and luckier than when so many of our fellow Americans decided to take the pill and swallow the brew, thereby condemning all of us to participating in their swirling dystopian fantasies now writ so large and murderously across the national landscape.
Our fortunes? Transferred to the oligarchs.
Our sacred honor? Fuhgedaboudit. Gone.

Meanwhile gallup says they'll no longer measure presidential approval ratings. The unpopular dictator has silenced them after 80 years of polling.
