Guy graduated Wharton and I'll bet he can't (spoiler alert!) subtract by sevens starting from some number in the 90s.

And Trump claims that when he asked the Walter Reed doctors how he had scored compared to other presidents who have taken these cognitive tests, that he was informed that he's been the only president to ever take these tests.
You know, if that's true, it would appear that there's a message for all of us in that revelation.

You are correct OCUSER. I only did cognitive screening when I suspect an underlying disorder requiring investigation.

@#2 ... he was informed that he's been the only president to ever take these tests. ...
Yeah, maybe that should change, along with other aspects.
Op-Ed by Nikki Haley - It's Time for a Competency Test for Politicians. Here's Why. (2023) www.presidency.ucsb.edu
... America needs a new generation of leaders to renew our national strength and pride. It's why I support term limits for members of Congress, and why I've called for mental competency tests for politicians over the age of 75. To most Americans, this is common sense. But many political and media elites scoff at these ideas. When I first called for competency tests, recently fired CNN host Don Lemon said I was the one "past my prime." Why? Because, in his mind, that describes all women over 50. He was widely and deservedly criticized for his backward views. But what's incredible is how the Washington establishment continues to cover for those who likely lack the mental acuity to do their job. ...

I've taken that same cognitive test many times. Back in 2017 I needed to have a heart valve replaced and I was given both a cognitive and physiological test a few days prior to the procedure. Then I was given the same tests a couple days after the procedure and then again at my 30-day follow-up and again at my 90-day follow up. It was to see if there had been any impact on my mental as well as my physical capabilities. These tests are given to patients who are facing a situation where there could be a problem as a result of either some preexisting condition, or as was in my case, the trauma of a serious surgical procedure. These tests are not designed to be passed or failed, they're designed to show if there has been a change in a person's mental and physical capabilities. The tests are very easy as they need to be able to show slight differences, not intelligence. There are no gotcha questions, in fact, there are not really any 'questions' in the classical sense of the word, but rather it consists of a series of visual and recognition tests, or ones where you're asked to identify simple relationships or remembering a short list of words or a simple phrase. 'Passing' the test doesn't mean that you're a genius, it means that your mind has not deteriorated since the last time that you took the test.
With that in mind, the reason Trump is always talking about having taken this amazing cognitive test just might be that there has been some concern by the doctors that there may be some deterioration in the mental capabilities of the president and therefore they've been including it as part of his annual physical. And if it's indeed true that other presidents have not been given this test, it just might be because their doctors felt that there was no need for them to take it.

Don't worry. He's catering to the portion of our society who couldn't pass the test if they had a cheat sheet.
People like lfthndcuck, s*&^s and fartfisher who are bitter, miserable, angry little people because they know in the shallow depths of their own consciousness that society is the only reason they've survived.

"It's a pretty well known test. Whatever it is."

How about we insist Trump "re-take" a standard SAT exam? I struggled to find the optimal descriptive alternative to "re-take," as there is some reasonable suspicion our self-described "genius" potus paid someone to take the exam for him to grease his admission to Wharton.

#11: Trumpf's whole life has been "greased." Fred Trumpf knew the Wharton interviewer (who regretted admitting Donald) and the podiatrist who wrote up the phonus-bolonus bone spurs memo. Moreover before picture IDs, NYC had a small hidden cottage industry of test-takers. I knew one in the late 1970s who had mastered several civil service exams (LIRR, MTA etc), so he made extra money taking tests for people. In school, I ghostwrote papers for several students, one is now a mediocre attorney (but still practicing law at close to age 70).

"[At CPAC] Trump manifested a number of phonemic paraphasias. He was trying to say evangelist, for example, but haltingly said "evangelish." He was trying to say "three years later," but said, "three years, lady, lady, lady." Trying to spit out the word "lately," he sounded like a car with a bad battery struggling to turn over. When Trump can't find a word his whole demeanor changes. It's almost like someone pulled the metaphorical plug. Trump looks blank, stops in mid-sentence (or mid-word), his jaw goes a little slack, and when he starts to talk again, he slurs, speaks haltingly, and often looks confused. Trying to get the word out, he shifts to a non-word that is easier to pronounce. When people are losing their ability to use language they use non-words. They start with the stem of the real word, and then they improvise from there."
