What a moron... Didn't SCOTUS already rule that this wasn't even in Boasberg's wheelhouse?

Can a judge lock up the president?

Or better, send him to El Salvador to a torture prison?

The bigger Thug always gets away.

I think this judge's actions are now bordering on treason for aiding/abetting a foreign invasion of the US. Probably should throw him in Gitmo while it is determined whether his actions rise to this crime.

I think you should continue to irrefutably demonstrate your ignorance about all things law related.

You can read the Judge's opinion to see how wrong you are and how adeptly the Judge bi***h slaps all of the Buffoon's argument from every angle possible. www.courthousenews.com

Oh and Treason can only occur during a shooting war.

You still have to obey a court's order until it is rescinded.

So what's your point?

Didn't SCOTUS already rule that this wasn't even in Boasberg's wheelhouse?

No. That was FOXTUS that ruled that.

The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision Monday evening, ruled that the Trump administration could resume deportations of alleged Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act, but said detainees must be given due process to challenge their removal.

The unsigned opinion lifted Boasberg's temporary restraining order, ruling that he lacked the jurisdiction to address the matter.

He had no standing in THAT case.

SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that Trumpy violated the law and needs to bring the man back and give him his due process. THEN he can deport him to a foreign hell hole.

Perfectly understandable. Trumpy has broken so many laws and has so many court cases against him it's easy for you rabid addle brained Trumpers to get them mixed up.

So to cover up for violating a persons constitutional rights you want to violate the constitution even further?

Brilliant!

That's so maga of you.

Fourth Circuit rips White House evasion in illegal deportation case

Upon review of the government's motion, the court denies the motion for an emergency stay pending appeal and for a writ of mandamus. The relief the government is requesting is both extraordinary and premature. While we fully respect the Executive's robust assertion of its Article II powers, we shall not micromanage the efforts of a fine district judge attempting to implement the Supreme Court's recent decision. (emphasis added)
It goes downhill for the Buffoon from there. Link to the Court's short (little over 5 pages) unanimous, there was a dissent last time around, opinion. https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/abrego-v-noem-order.pdf

Was Biden ever held in criminal contempt for illegally giving away billions in student debt contrary to the Supreme Court ruling.

Re 13

No. Obviously.

Hard to hold someone in contempt who has not defied the courts orders.
