Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Thursday, April 24, 2025

The Justice Department on Wednesday filed federal immigration charges against an illegal migrant in California who is being released from prison early, despite a double manslaughter conviction. Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano was convicted on two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated in 2022, after he crashed his car into another vehicle while recklessly speeding and driving while high and drunk. The crash killed the two people, 19-year-olds Anya Varfolomeev and Nicholay Osokin, who were in the other car, per Fox News. Ortega-Anguiano was initially sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crimes, but will now be released in July, the outlet reported. The new release date means he will have served just 3.5 years of the sentence.

What further due process should he get?

It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is here illegally.

It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that he KILLED 2 Americans while here.

Why are Dems still fighting to keep this murderer in the country?

We're fighting to restrain a dictator.

"Murder" is one of your excuses for dictatorship.

Most people are not as cynical or hysterical as you are.

I dunno. What do the Courts say?

That you people are lying fascists is underscored by your efforts to evade and undermine the Courts.

I would much rather have an honest murderer in this country than people like you.

LOL.

Your latest Democrat hero murdered 2 people in the US. But, the reality is that he committed multiple felonies in the US before even being given the chance to murder these people. The judges that allowed him to stay in the US to continue his crimes against the citizens of this country should be charged under RICO and sued in civil court for their actions in aiding and abetting these crimes. Keep up with the obstruction of justice and this is what will occur. It should have occurred already.

Donald Trump is a Liar. He is a dictator and he is human scum.

All your "arguments" dash against these three rocks of reality.

You'll never achieve dictator but you've got Liar and scum down cold.

#5 You've been hawking the RICO meme for a while indicating you are not aware that judges have absolute immunity for their judicial acts.

And where do you get the idea this guy was "allowed" to remain here? The federal criminal charges against him relate coming back into country after being deported.

Because it is the Trump card that will be played eventually. The 10M+ illegals that flooded the system were part of a Democrat criminal conspiracy involving the Biden administration, NGOs, rogue judges, and sanctuary cities. Every bit as heinous as the mob that RICO was designed to destroy.

Hysterical? You're the moron fighting to release an illegal immigrant who killed two Americans back into society after only serving 3.5 years, of an already short 10 year sentence.

From civil lawsuits, but not criminal.

See my #10 - the arrests are starting. Just like a couple arrests quickly stopped the Telsa vandals, you are going to see the same with these rogue judges.

why cant trump just i dunno follow the law? too lazy? too stupid?

The home of a former judge in Las Cruces was raided Thursday, following accusations that he and his wife had an alleged Tren de Aragua member living in their home. KFOX14/CBS4 cameras captured the moment both Cano and his wife, Nancy, were handcuffed.

How much you wanna bet this judge through his "Judicial acts" let TdA criminals go free?

Are you saying EtAl ... he's IMMUNE?

Wild.

Your latest Democrat hero murdered 2 people in the US.

In a drunked car accident.

Unlike Republican heroes who use guns to mow down school children and minorities in public places in honor of Trump.

Hell, Republicans killing 2 people is so common, it doesn't make the news anymore.

Where are the 10+ million people that came in the past 4 years.

Prove it.

On a related note:

The deported Venezuelan, Garcia, who's been in the news so much lately after falsely being accused of being a gang member and deported to an El Salvadoran prison, passed a Homeland Security background check as part of his asylum application entry in 2019, when Trump was president.

He passed background checks every year after that too.

Your first link does not even address the point being debated.
Your 2nd link is non responsive and does not count visa overstays, the ones 'legalized' by Biden, and anywhere near the true number for gotaways.

By the way, here is even Snopes (a ---- liberal site) saying you are wrong.

"You have not provided a single link ... "

And we haven't thanked this Scott char enough for all his "honesty" either!

Because obviously he is one of the most dishonest and hateful idiots here.

Biden did not suddenly let "10 million" immigrants into America. Post as many links as you like. You made that shat up or are just repeating someone else's lie or misinformation.

The number of encounters is not a count of individuals who stay in the US as some migrants will be returned and the same person can be recorded trying to enter multiple times.

(In words you might understand better. You pulled that 10 million narrative out of someone's arse. Smelled it and declared it good enough for you to eat and now you want to share your amazing "find" with others).

Good.

This is the way the Constitution says due process should work.

Now, the Justice Department needs to do similar for each and every of those who Pres Trump shipped to El Salvador without such due process.
