Some facts for the magat scum
1. This occurred in a highly secure federal building, so the idea he had a gun is ludicrous
2. Padilla was there for a meeting with head of US Northern command about the military operation.
3. Padilla was escorted to his meeting by FBI and HHS (?) personnel
4. When his meeting was postponed and he learned of the press conference he was escorted to that press conference by FBI and HHS (?) personnel
5. He was wearing a shirt that said US Senate, clearly visible
6. It is patently absurd that Noem's security or Noem did not recognize Padilla-Padilla is the ranking Senator on the subcommittee that oversees immigration
7. He responded to Noem's statement about liberating LA and was IMMEDIATELY confronted by security consisting of FBI and apparently Secret Service members.
8. He immediately identified himself by name and title
9. Noem has refused to respond to Padilla and his subcommittee's request for information
10. It is patently absurd that the FBI and, again, SS (possibly) did not know exactly who he was when he entered the room as he was escorted by other FBI agents.
11. Noem IMMEDIATELY lied about the encounter
