Chat, is cancer research woke? The Trump administration seems to think so, having erased hundreds of millions of dollars being used for cancer research in a move that seems to be part of its anti-DEI, anti-trans, and anti-vaccine agendas.

... He paused NIH grant-making for more than two months, holding up an estimated $1.5 billion in funding. He effectively halted clinical trials of new drugs ...

Pres Trump knows only cruelty. He has not a clue what empathy is.

So long as he and other uber-wealthy get their tax relief, he seems not to care about the scorched earth he is leaving behind him.

Poetic justice would be cancer in the Trump family but I'm not hoping or praying for that to happen though I can only imagine how people who are dealing with that terrible disease in their families must feel about the cruel and unnecessary cuts this evil man is making. Is he announcing that he now supports cancer? Hard to even imagine such an evil creature being our President.

Agreed. I blame Trump for Trump's malignant behaviors, and I blame the people who voted for him for him being given the opportunity to inflict himself upon us. Sorry, rubes, no mulligans on this one.

Trump and his family get the absolute best of medical care, so why should he, and the other billionaires, pay taxes to give lifesaving care to the great majority of us out here in the sticks? He wanted to be praised for giving some help to GAZA, and I am sure he sees America as his, and it is his largess, not our right, that is to be responsible for Cancer care.
