Why is link to a graphic artist website used to point to the Guardian?

Also why is it on the banner?

Finally why should we take this seriously?

Projection from someone whom no one takes seriously; the article makes it's points rather well, actually.

This doesn't come as any surprise. The Roberts Court has been conducting sneak attacks on the Constitution and American democracy for years.

The future of America now rests in the hands of the midterms. Knowing how slickery our capturers are, I wouldn't want to bet too much on that, either.

America does have a history of righting its own Ship of State when the chips are down. I just wish it wouldn't wait until the last minute to do it.

Why should anyone take the constitution seriously when it specifically forbids insurrectionists from running for president and everyone just ignored it?

There a number of cuts that are killing the rule of law inflicted by this asshat....

Ruling bribery is legal.

Allowing a precedent to be overturned based on a legal opinion from the 15th century.

A president is above the law.

NIXON

It's not against the law for the President of the United States to lie to the people.

Unfortunately, the President we have now is a compulsive liar who would rather lie when it's easier to tell the truth. There's something mentally evil with the man that compels him to hurt rather than help.

For openers ...
1. Gutting the Voting Rights Act
2. Creating insanely broad presidential immunity
3. Holding blameless those who carry out presidential diktats (see 2 above)
4. Legalizing bribery of and payoffs to public officials
5. Citizens United ...

... and on.

WE'RE SO SCREWED,.. MAN.

Rule of Law is Dying fast.

If the SCOTUS say it's Legal,.. even total Repression becomes Law.

The Founders sure didn't see this coming.

Just greedy men. Not Gods of Human Equality. The American Secular Religion is proven False, misleading, and it's Fathers men with feet of clay.

The SCOTUS is where the Constitution is weakest.

Lifetime Appointments was Dumb... Real Dumb.
