Phatphuq Kim Jong-un is handing out North Korean flags and portraits to the bereaved families he had killed in Ukraine. Like the North Koreans don't have enough of their stupid flags flying in their faces all day.
I guess "His Corpulence" couldn't afford to give the suffering families meat-grinders like the Russians.

LMAO When I read about it this morning... I sensed Xi was sticking it to Trumpanzee with Putz and Un attending a big @$$ parade... as guests.
Trumpanzee has his military personnel picking up trash off the sidewalks of Georgetown, as if they are paying off traffic warrants.

If the invite has not yet been received, it may be too late to arrange for the security needs.
But, it would not surprise me if Pres trump attended a ceremony honoring those autocrats who have been fighting against Ukraine's sovereignty.
