Yeah, I don't care what anybody says and, like trumpers, I don't need no stinkin' evidence. This was a professional hit and the financier is enjoying the intended response.

You aim for the center of the chest. Largest target, most vital organs and more room for error.

And with a large caliber rifle that he seemed to use, a hit anywhere in the chest had a high likelihood of being fatal.
