... Trump, who met with Ukraine's leader at the United Nations earlier on Tuesday, has previously said that both Kyiv and Moscow would have to cede land to end the war. "With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option," Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform. In the post, Trump criticized Russia's prosecution of the war, saying it had been fighting "aimlessly" in a war that a "real military power" would have won in "less than a week." "Putin and Russia are in BIG Economic trouble, and this is the time for Ukraine to act," the post continues. Trump said the U.S. will continue to supply weapons to NATO "for NATO to do what they want with them." ...

What ever happened to the severe sanctions that Pres Trump was going to impose upon Russia if Pres Putin did not agree to a ceasefire at the Alaska meeting?

Dummkopf Trumpf continues to buy time for Vladimir Putin. His announcements are all kabuki theater. When/if Russia invades the Baltics, is there anyone on the planet that thinks Trumpf is going to intervene with US forces? The US won't be participating in NATO drills starting in 2026: kyivindependent.com
If Cold War anti-Russian GOP hawks in both houses of congress didn't push for arming Ukraine in appropriations bills, Dummkopf Trumpf would have stopped all funding to Ukraine, but the GOP is not as homogenized as Trumpf would like. One AI overview:
"In April 2025, a Pew Research survey found that 40% of Republicans view Russia as an enemy, down from 58% the previous year, indicating a shift in opinion but not a clear count of anti-Russian. In the 119th Congress (2025"2026), 41 Republican senators co-sponsored the "Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025," signaling strong anti-Russian sentiment among these members."

".... this is the time for Ukraine to act,"
This is WAY past time for you to act, F- Face!
But he's WAY too busy turning American media into a Putinesque propaganda machine.
And turning the DOJ into his personal vengeance machine.

"President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Ukraine could restore its borders from before Russia's invasion and that he believes NATO member countries should shoot down Russian aircraft if they enter their airspace, escalating his rhetoric against the Kremlin as its war in Ukraine drags on.
Taken together, Trump's remarks on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly about shooting down Russian aircraft and his later post on Truth Social about Ukraine's borders seemed to reflect a significant shift in his attitude toward Moscow and what the end of the intractable conflict might look like."

Yeah, now that he's merely going to sell weapons to Europe, not intervene ourselves.... "sure, you guys go ahead and shoot down Russian aircraft.... we got your back (hahaha!)".

Just a few weeks ago at the Alaska meeting Trump was saying Ukraine should cede lands lost to Russia. The US no longer has a foreign policy. We just have Trump's whims and temper tantrums.

@#5 ... This is WAY past time for you to act, ...
But Pres Trump has acted, in a way. Even before negotiations had begun.
Pres Trump ceded to Pres Putin that Pres Trump would prevent Ukraine from joining NATO. That act would allow Pres Putin to attack Ukraine once again in the future to attain Pres Putin's goal of taking over all of Ukraine.

Without fail, everytime Trump starts pontificating about Ukraine, he just sounds like a middle-schooler giving a oral report on a book he obviously didn't read. According to him, he has words...the best words.

Why do people even report on what he says anymore.
99% of what he says is simply a lie.
I see the dump on tv I turn the channel.
