I dunno... maybe talk to that Saudi feller Trumpanzee was "negotiating" with. According to Trumpanzee he was going to invest a trillion... which is 80% of their current GDP... sooooooo... we know that is going to happen... all Trumpanzee needs to do is "spot" them for a while...
