Immigration agents have put civilians' lives at risk using more than their guns.

NEW: Civilians have had apparent seizures. One had his eyes roll back. Another had ribs broken.
"I felt like I was going to pass out and die," said a 16-year-old citizen put in a chokehold.

These strangulation moves were not taught at FLETC when I went decades ago (2x).

There are other less dangerous, yet effective, techniques to secure a non-compliant suspect without asphyxiating, choking, or strangling them.

They are purposefully meant to be out of control; inexperienced, undertrained, and over-paid is just what the Pres ordered.
