Who wouldn't want to defeat a traitor to the Constitution who tried to make his DOJ send a Letter to States to change their Ballot results from Biden to Trump?

Fortunately his hand-picked Republican DOJ ALL threatened to Resign.

THEY were Republican Patriots putting Country over Party... unlike Trump supporters on these pages.

Once a traitor, always a traitor... to real Americans, anyway.

btw, the second most mentioned name in the Epstein Files is Donald Trump; 38,000 times in 5,300 files.

But, of course, DJT didn't really know him well.

And only half have been released; Redacted and Withheld by DOJ lawyers who's last jobs were as his Personal Criminal Defense Attnys.

"Trump & Cronies' Top 10 Corruption Scandals

1. The Epstein Files Cover-Up

The signature corruption scandal of the Trump administration remains Trump's association with one of the most notorious child sex traffickers in history " and his administration's refusal to turn over all of the files about the case so we can be certain we have all Trump-Epstein documents.

The administration admitted it's refusing to disclose about 3 million files, despite a law requiring their disclosure.

The Department of Justice wants us to trust that it has good reasons for all that, but the place is run by two of his former defense lawyers, the FBI is helmed by an even bigger Trump loyalist, and they have acted like it too often for us to give them any credence. This scandal is not going away."

What are you talking about?!? The ACA LOWERED the trajectory of medical inflation, which was running at FOUR TIMES the rate of inflation in the decade before ACA.

And let's not forget: even if the rates stay exactly the same from year to year ... your cost goes up.

Why? You're a year older and a year more expensive.

Policy ABC-123 doesn't have ONE price, it has 39 prices, depending on your age. A 54 yr old will always pay more than the 53 yr old, and always pay less than the 55 year old.

Rates always go up ... Because you always get older.

Yup. Misjudged peak by about 8 months, so cashed out just slightly early. Currently have the same amount of house for slightly less per month without all the maintenance costs, a commute that's 1/3 of what it used to be and we're not locked in when we decide we want to move out of the midwest.

Meanwhile, you say this because you think it's insulting because you're a f*&^ing ------ working on common financial knowledge that's about 2 years too old and is largely irrelevant.

BTW we can go for a walk without my carrying. My wife does it all the time.

I just do because I'm not a tool bag like you who buys stupid novelty guns to feel cool. I actually carry as a genuine preventative measure in line with the teachings of self-defense mindfulness and preparedness, of which carrying is just a small portion. Probably the last and least important, actually.

You make me laugh. You're such a mundane, low info guy who thinks what little common knowledge they have is meaningful and insightful, mostly because you're empty, incurious brain can't grasp how little you know because you know so little.

The ACA LOWERED the trajectory of medical inflation, which was running at FOUR TIMES the rate of inflation in the decade before ACA.

I guess it all depends upon what you mean by "medical inflation"

Anyone paying less in taxes with the higher standard deduction this year?

Any family with more than one child had higher taxable income with the loss of personal exemptions.

www.merceradvisors.com

Project Std Ded if TCJA expired MFJ $16,600
Projected Personal Exemption if TCJA expired $5,300 each

Family of four $16,600 + $5300x4 = $37,800
Big -------- Bill $32,200

Taxable income higher by $5,600

The more dependents, the worse it got.

Please wear a helmet. If you ever suffer a brain injury we'd all be sucked in by the vacuum.

While average total premiums for ACA plans can be high, the subsidized, out-of-pocket cost for users is often similar to the $6,850 average annual contribution for employer-sponsored coverage.

And without the ACA many of those using the ACA would lose their coverage completely or have had to pay even higher premiums for having pre existing conditions.

"I guess it all depends upon what you mean by "medical inflation""

Thanks for posting a chart showing how a) less states adopting new Medicare policies led to less folks covered than anticipated, and b) killing the mandate penalty was the death knell.

As soon as Trump destroyed one of the legs of the ACA, it became TrumpCare.

And btw, your chart completely ignores the medical inflation the decade before: 31% inflation, vs 131% medical inflation.

"or have had to pay even higher premiums for having pre-existing conditions."

The ACA was passed on the eve of massive numbers of baby boomers about to be tossed into high-risk pools, for pre-existing conditions.

The year before its passing, the bride's best friend survived breast cancer. To care for her, the husband had to leave his well-paying job, so they lost coverage. The high-risk pool cost them $5,000/mo, back when the average cost was about $500/mo.
