JPW sold his family home and moved to a rental where he couldn't go for a walk with his family without packing a gun. Hilarious

Yup. Misjudged peak by about 8 months, so cashed out just slightly early. Currently have the same amount of house for slightly less per month without all the maintenance costs, a commute that's 1/3 of what it used to be and we're not locked in when we decide we want to move out of the midwest.
Meanwhile, you say this because you think it's insulting because you're a f*&^ing ------ working on common financial knowledge that's about 2 years too old and is largely irrelevant.
BTW we can go for a walk without my carrying. My wife does it all the time.
I just do because I'm not a tool bag like you who buys stupid novelty guns to feel cool. I actually carry as a genuine preventative measure in line with the teachings of self-defense mindfulness and preparedness, of which carrying is just a small portion. Probably the last and least important, actually.
You make me laugh. You're such a mundane, low info guy who thinks what little common knowledge they have is meaningful and insightful, mostly because you're empty, incurious brain can't grasp how little you know because you know so little.
