"Nothing about the refund issue warrants any delay in issuing this Court's mandate, let alone a staggering three months' delay," lawyers wrote in a court filing Monday morning, adding "the proper time to issue the mandate is now."

The Supreme Court's ruling has already set off a wave of lawsuits before the federal trade court from businesses large and small seeking refunds of the import duties they have paid. Among the companies seeking relief from the Court of International Trade are FedEx, Revlon and Costco.

After the appeals court's decision, Neal Katyal, one of the attorneys representing the small businesses, said his team "will be proceeding immediately to get the refunds Americans are owed."

Obviously the SC and the Appeals Court are Traitor to 'Murica!

How can you even appeal a SCOTUS decision?

More record profits for corporate America.

If you believe they are going to willingly refund these to the consumers you probably also believe gas is under $2 per gallon.

The consumers are not due any refund. It is the importers who paid the tariffs that are due a refund.

WRONG. If prices were raised because of tariffs passed on to consumers that were subsequently refunded, ANY refunds not issued to consumers are unlawful enrichment for the importers.

If they don't refund, expect class actions against importers.

"How can you even appeal a SCOTUS decision?"

Good question. You can't.

The decision itself was not appealed. Because it's final. The high court did not address the issue of refunds in its ruling, which dismantled a cornerstone of Mr. Trump's economic agenda.

They appealed to a lower court asking to delay the refunds to allow the political branches an opportunity to consider options

lol. Yes. I agree. That's hilarious.

Like they would do the same for others.
