The staunch, right-wing Heritage Foundation has a compendium of vote fraud cases. I say "vote fraud", because the plurality of convictions isn't by voters; it's by Canvassers, Cullers, and Counters..all situations where stricter voter ID wouldn't have mattered. When it IS a voter, it's almost always one extra vote, and almost always the garden-variety kind: addled elderly, folks who moved and forgot, folks who moved and purposely didn't forget, and folks who had a mail-in ballot for a newly deceased household member.
States average one conviction per year. And that includes the three Cs mentioned above.
As shown upthread, outside a single digit of felons over the last two decades, Virginia averages one fraud case per decade. And zero illegal votes from immigrants over that time.
