Seems far more likely that the generic teen beauty contest performer was pressured into that life by their parents while a trans minor has to fight all sorts of societal obstacles to get that care

Yes, some child beauty pageant contestants undergo cosmetic procedures, although this is generally rare and often involves non-surgical enhancements rather than permanent surgical operations.

Jeff is ok with sticking botox in some pre teen's forehead so she can win a beauty contest, but has major ethical problems with a teen receiving hormone therapy to allow them to feel like their bodies match their identity.

Of course, jeff is a pedo so there is that
