Justice Alito Renews Criticism of Landmark Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage

In a statement, the justice raised concerns that those with "traditional religious views" would be "'labeled as bigots and treated as such' by the government."

Traditional Religious Views is why we have Southern Baptists.

IF one looks at the traditional views of those who are considered America's founders, many of those views are now illegal. Slavery, wife beating, failure to educate children, and of course, not giving anyone but rich white males the right to vote.

There may be arguments for or against that proposition, but this situation doesn't seem to be age-related. After all, there are four Justices under 70 (three are under 60) who have no problem being reprehensible bigots who pull self-serving legal doctrines directly from their asses.

While googling to confirm the above post, i stumbled on something interesting. Every single conservative justice on SCOTUS has a liberal arts bachelor's degree. Thomas and ACB both majored in English Literature.

Conservatives mocked these degrees incessantly in the student loan debates, but they're mysteriously quiet about the fact that their 6-member theocratic superlegislature is apparently a bunch of worthless uneducated libs who never got a "real" bachelors degree.

Sure it was. Degrees that are perceived as worthless -- like women's studies and gender studies -- typically by people who don't have degrees at all.

You did the same thing with Community Organizer.. You did that because the concept of a community runs contrary to your delusion that you are a Self Made Man. You were born with a trust fund; you are the opposite of a Self Made Man.

Life has not been kind to him but he is expecting and needs your help to clean up after his failed insurrection attempt and his civil lawsuits and his 91 criminal indictments.

It could just be me here in my comfy retirement spending my idle time walking the on beaches collecting agates or strolling in the redwoods thinking he could have somehow made much better choices with his life.

Here is the hard truth: We need these people with all degrees to compete globally.

No one ever said it was. It was based on equality. Why should straight couples get tax breaks, etc. that gay couples were denied?

Now the real question in my mind: why does it bother stupid straight men that gays can get married? How does that harm them? Or is it just another opportunity to rxpress hate?IMHO the entire Republican Party is just an angry mob of haters. It seems like everything they do these days is try to hurt minorities that they hate and that is many minorities.
