Poor Pete. Can't do the time, don't commit the crime.

Awww... poor baby!

Not to worry, though, his partner in Election Crimes Steve Bannon is about to become his cellmate.

Good times.

That stupidly clownish red tie must have been one of the first things taken from this criminal when he was welcomed into the country club jail where he now resides. Soon those ties will either be the mark of a traitor or the modern equivalent of a brown shirt from 1930s Germany ...

If I'm reading it all correctly, banning and Navarro are facing time for not showing up to depositions? Really makes me curious what they were hiding.

Navarro isn't hearing cell doors slam. He's in a senior facility in Miami:

Navarro was assigned to an 80-person dormitory reserved for older inmates in the Miami facility, according to a source familiar with the matter, where he is expected to have some access to email and phone.

What this petition for early release (in exchange for supervised release) for the duration of his sentence isn't because Mr. Navarro is scared.

Read the petition.

The defense attorney is claiming that Mr. Navaro needs time in "supervised custody" outside the prison to get acclimated back into the community as a responsible citizen, having learned his lesson as a result of the First Step Act. (LOL)

I hope the prison review board can see the folly of this Hail Mary petition. Navarro just wants to get back to work on Trump's campaign ASAP because the clock is ticking.

And "The Boss" to whom he's so devoted, is sitting helpless in a courtroom, desperately in need of Navarro's special creative talent to win the election.

The headline is misleading.

If you read the petition for release to court ordered supervision, there's nothing in there that says Navarro is "scared."

It's a scam.

His attorneys are just saying that Navarro can be better rehabilitated back into society with a home environment. His attorneys would even consider house arrest.

Rehabilitated? LOL ~ Who's kidding whom? Navarro just wants to jump back in the mix again. His mind must be bulging with new illegal schemes to help Trump win the presidency.

BTW, his release date is July 7, 2024. How much rehabilitation can he need (after 4 months) from a minimum security prison with only (max 80) misdemeanor octogenarian inmates.

Maybe he should tell them a worm ate his brain. Or has that excuse already been used up?

Or maybe he should just do his 4 months and stop being such a whiney baby. Minimum Security isn't exactly hard time, ya know.

His attorney says Navarro isn't acclimating well.

He should learn how to work the thermostat.

Or there surely is a pharmacist inmate there. Figure it out.

@#11 ... His attorney says Navarro isn't acclimating well. ...

If you do not want to do the time, then do not do the crime.

Sounds easy to understand to me.

"His attorney says Navarro isn't acclimating well."

Did I mention that was on day 2?

Was Navarro crying?

No video. It was just part of the petition Navarro's attorney filed for his release.

There was no elaboration in the petition about Navarro on his knees crying or clinging to the attorney's pantlegs after visitation hours were over.

It just said: "Mr. Navarro isn't acclimating well.
