50 U.S. Families Spend $600M on Election So Far; 2/3 to GOP

Thanks Republicans for your Gift of Citizens United, the Federalist Society, and a Special Thanks for Leo Leonard ,and all he's done for Dark Money and Crooked Courts to make sure American Oligarchs have a Putinesque figure like Donald Trump to make sure they get the bestest tax cuts and laws ever!

Anyone who thinks these donors or their beneficiaries are simply thinking of Americas best interests, should have their heads examined.

You're getting 4 more years of Trump, with or without this insurance policy. Biden screwed the pooch.

#5 is an example of how Trump's Cult can justify his taking big money from elite families and corporations while lying to them about being for the working people.

Trump is the epitome of an old time Establishment Republican.... he's just a better con artist than most.

Which, btw, is why most Est Republicans in the Senate have always supported him.

I remember about a month ago how all you Dems were bragging about how much money Biden had raised and now you want money out of politics. Shocker.

As guaranteed in the First Amendment, speech becomes more free in direct proportion to the increase in one's net worth.

Citizens United put an end to free and fair elections. It was another of our government checks and balances that was willingly welded shut. We get the government we deserve.

If Trump loses this election he's got three more long, expensive trials in his bleak future.

Eight hundred million might keep his lawyers well fed . . . . for a few months . . . maybe.

And then Trumpy and the trumpets took that pooch to the gravel pit and shot it.

By allowing Citizen's United v FEC, the SCOTUS has transformed the US from a
Representative Democracy, to an Oligarchy, in which less than 100
families control the fate of the nation, and some would argue, the fate of
the world.

wtg SCOTUS, you did that... See sarcasm@derision.net

You all loved it when Zuckerberg funneled a half billion into the 2020 election.

#13. McCain Feingold was on the books for all of 8 years before the CU ruling. How about passing a law that doesn't violate 1A.

Got any examples?

I love how Balldinger gets mad all the time at 'libruls and dems', and then paints us with the broadest of brushes and mansplains how all of us liberals and dems think.

You don't us us douche! Stop pretending that you 'know how we think' on certain issues...
