Consumer confidence unexpectedly rose in May, ending three straight months of declines as Americans cheered a resilient labor market.

This comes as the economy has continued to show more resilience than many expected. While the unemployment rate ticked up slightly to 3.9% from 3.8% in April, it's been below 4% for 27 months, the longest stretch since the Vietnam War.

Not that long ago someone attempted to humanize MAGA by asserting that, at the very least, they loved their families and they loved their dogs.

Governor Noem bragging about murdering her trusting puppy put lie to that love dogs thing.

I am guessing about 10%. If we are lucky. And we work really really hard.

Trumpy is +1 in the polls (+/- 3)

And we have 6 months to turn it around. Which is actually plenty of time. Remember that the most critical time actually doesn't occur until October (usually with an October "surprise").

But also remember that Trumpy will be working very hard to intimidate anyone who wants to be involved in the electoral process by making it too risky and dangerous. (See Lady Ruby for details)

Just like he tried to do with the witnesses and jurors during his criminal trial.
