I find it hard to believe that a visit from someone in the justice department couldn't convince this judge that her life could literally be hanging in the balance. and her families. and we'll only say it once.

there's a time and place for everything and when folks just refuse to understand, you might have to draw them a picture

Judge Cannon: "I'm betting on Trump and I'll expect a seat on the Supreme Court at his first opportunity to appoint me. I'm not doing this just to be nice; Justice Cannon, sounds exactly what I'd like to be called for the rest of my life.

The left believes the only place a woman should be making tough decisions is at an abortion clinic. Amiright?!?

Cannon's problem isn't that she's incompetent, foolish, and corrupt - her problem is being so stupid as to allow all three debilities to converge and roar out to the world word of her stunning unfitness for the job. Bad timing, bad luck, bad raw material.

No Waffles, your wrong and still ignorant, as usual...

The Left believes that Judge Cannon is irretrievably corrupt,
as is evident by all of her favoritism for the Defense, her rulings
in favor of delay until after the election, and her outright contempt
for Jack Smith and his team of legals.

Do I take a right or left at the Unicorns to get to the fantasy world you inhabit?

She's entirely underqualified and in over her heard. She's in the bag for the felon and doing everything she can to win the case for him or at least delay it in the hopes he wins and can tell the DOJ to dismiss the charges in blatant corruption.

He doesn't argue he's innocent. He argues he is immune.

"I'm betting on Trump and I'll expect a seat on the Supreme Court"

She is the perfect corrupt right wing shill to be installed on the court.

This judge will soon hear claims from the Trump legal beagles that the Special Counsel law is unconstitutional. I think it 55-45 that she will agree, and attempt to strike down the Office of special Counsel. Jack Smith will then go to the appeals court, and as part of his motion to reverse he will ask that this Trump sycophant be removed from the case. The appeals court will agree, and a new judge will be assigned. Trial will still not commence before the election. If Der Dotard wins at the ballot box, the case will go away. If Diamond Joe is re-elected, Trump will go away for some specified period of time...

She has no reason to recuse herself.

She's tainted. She's working for Trump.

@#13 ... She has no reason to recuse herself. ...

But the Appeals Court may have reasons.

So far, the Appeals Court overturned her opinions twice.

Not just overturned her rulings, but overturned them in scathing turn-downs.

Third time's the charm for removal from the case?

I dunno.

But how long will the Appeals Court put up with her stalling and poor decisions?

It seems to me that Cannon is deliberately staging/b> appeals to run out the clock.

With her record and Trump's m.o., the motive is a no-brainer.
