All I can say is this has turned out perfectly for Dems. With POTUS stepping down when he did, any bounce from the RNC evaporated. They spent four days attacking POTUS and poof, he's gone. Now, all the news is positive toward Harris and the Dems, with record fundraising and tens of thousands of people signing up to volunteer. Soon, the stories will be that not only have ALL young voters come home, but they too are knocking on doors. And the only press for poor fat Donnie is negative about how they're freaking out because he had calibrated his campaign to run against POTUS and now finds himself on his back foot with no idea how to run against Kamala, and no time to hone a message. Maybe I'm happy clappy because I recognized that she was special in 2020, but I'm getting President Obama vibes over the excitement of Dems, with none of the lingering hostility of the Hillary voters toward us Obama fans.
