WaPo fact checker Philip Bump verified Bill Clinton's claim that the of the six presidents, 3 from each party, since the Cold War Democratic presidents oversaw the creation of 50 million jobs while Republican presidents during that time frame oversaw just 1 million jobs.

Problem is, Trump has the Republican Party so well trained to suck up to him, to ignore facts, that it doesn't matter. Hate is all that matters, and Trump is the master of Hate. He is the dictator of hate, and the love him for it, he gives them finally a place where they belong.

First, there was no national or federal directive mandating that states implement particular coronavirus control or lockdowns.

Secondly, The Previous Guy allowed the pandemic to ravage us destroying those jobs and Joe Biden led us to bringing the pandemic under control and all those jobs back. Which was HIS job.

Such ignorance. There were literally thousands of jobs and businesses that disappeared due to Covid and never were coming back because the world - and the way we live in it - changed so drastically. If one has any comprehension of history, this was predictable before the calendar turned to 2020, based simply on what happened a century earlier in 1918.

Time and time again the statistics prove that there were more open job positions filled after Covid than just those lost due to Covid. And the biggest factor in this inescapable reality was the accelerated retirement of millions of Boomers that left the workforce during Covid because they could.

No one is lying to you but for those who refuse to show the whole picture, not just what supports their particular arguments.

Bill Clinton is a turd.

Second Worst president of my lifetime except Dubya and it's a close call between them.

Trump comes in third. Mainly because he gutted Environmental Regulations and corrupted the SCOTUS.

Clinton expanded NATO and bombed Serbia. He repealed Glass Steagal. He also cheapened the ethics and morality of the presidency. He made a total criminal and miscreant like Trump thinkable as president.

Dubya started the Iraq war that killed a Million people. It was an Aggressive War of choice based on Lies. Bush also gutted the regulatory state.

Trump had terrible policies. He's a stupid and Venial person totally unfit for anything but Prison.

But he didn't kill a million people. For Lies.

As researchers from UCLA noted in March 2021, the United States could have avoided 400,000 COVID deaths (or more) if the Trump administration had implemented a more effective health strategy that included mask mandates, social distancing, and robust testing guidelines.

Even Trump White House COVID-19 coordinator Deborah Birx said (at the time) most deaths could have been avoided.

All fair and accurate points. I stand corrected. Bush and Trump are tied for worst in my lifetime. Clinton is third.

Trump did kill thousands of Americans. He did make terrible changes to Israeli American policy.

Clinton just was corrupt and self serving. A force for continuing corruption at
the presidential level.
