Judge fangirl did her job in getting the trial delayed until after the election.

She is now the #1 candidate on the Heritage Foundation list for the next SCOTUS seat available even though she is more corrupt than Lumpy Thomas.

Judicial mediocrity and judicial partisanship almost always seem to go hand in hand. Though I do acknowledge that both Thurgood Marshall and Antolin Scalia were w exceptions in so far as they both were intellectual giants.

MODER8 IS TOO GENEROUS IN jUSTICE oRIGINALISM B.S. hIS Bckwards views are still used as ezcuzez for wrobg headwd decisions. The Roberts Court has been the most activist court in many decades even overturninf Roe v Wade that they said was decided law in Senate approval hearings so were they lying then or more recentlt, zzzzzzzthey can't have it both ways. Scalia will always have the soiled reputation he gained in Bush v Gore no precedentm nothing in the Constitutiob to sypport it; just crass paerisan politics for which we can tgank him and others for Georhe W. Bush and the trumped up war for oil in Iraq that they pretebdto have relevance to 9=11 when there wasn't a speck ov evidence to support that.
