It's true. The US Government stole the weather dominator machine from the terrorist organization COBRA in the 1980's. I clearly remember seeing a documentary about it.

I don't claim to know to what extent the government can control the weather but it's no secret that they make it rain all the time and have since the Vietnam conflict.

Also, lasers to control the weather??? This aired almost a decade ago.

Well, they do control the weather, if by "they" you mean the drill baby drill faction. Soon the large storms in the Gulf will get bigger, and soon the heat will kill more and more people in the Deep South and Southwest. It is too late to fight global warming, not that our Congress would do anything of note.
