It varies. I'm sure he thought the whole "Her E-Mails" thing was fine.

@#3

Yeah.

I agree.

like most (all?) everything else...

If the opinion is in favor of him it is good.

Otherwise, it is evil.

So, if Trump says he is evil for releasing it then there must be something in the release Trump doesn't want people to know efore election day.

They put pads down on couches where he shows up so they don't have to clean up the leaking ----.

So, let me see if I understand this...

Fmr Pres Trump appealed, eventually to SCOTUS, about immunity.

SCOTUS sits on the appeal (for months?) apparently wanting to delay.

SCOTUS mostly decided in his favor, and instructed Judge Chutkan to examine the case and decide what parts are subject to immunity.

Judge Chutkan, following SCOTUS' order, asked for briefs.

SC Smith following her order, submitted a brief containing a lot of evidence.

The Judge then released a redacted version of the brief, effectively giving fmr Pres Trump just what he asked for when he started his appeal based upon immunity.

This is part of the calling others what you are yourself... evil.

The tune never changes, only the words.

Judge Chetkan has generously given Trump's legal team until November 7 to file a response. Two days after the election.

They'd be remiss if they weren't at least preparing for the same eventuality as Judge Chetkan.

If Trump loses the election, will he even still be in the country on November 7th?

I've been wondering what his Cunning Plan is to escape his Sec Ser escort to Moscow. Or NK.
Or Saudi.

Then I remembered that he's stupid and prolly doesn't have one.

He can decline SS protection any time he wants. Their job is to protect him, not keep him from skipping the country.

Remember when Comey released news of a phony investigation into Clinton 2 weeks before the 2016 election? I do.

Republicans are hypocrites you say?

Yup... that was to knock the P-grabbing tape story out of the news just when it was getting going.

Trump's not going to leave the country. He can keep those appeals going for years. Especially if they ever reach the U.S. Supreme Court.

It was the brave of the------------------- to admit to being responsible for the deaths of 5 DC cops.

In a biography set to publish a week before the election, Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell backed special counsel Jack Smith and said he hopes former President Trump will pay a price' for his role in Jan. 6th," Axios reports.

Said McConnell: "If he hasn't committed indictable offenses, I don't know what one is."

He added: "There's no doubt who inspired it, and I just hope that he'll have to pay a price for it."

Even turtle wants Putin's bitch to pay for J6.

"Even turtle wants Putin's bitch to pay for J6"

He's a little late for the party. Where was he when the country needed him?

I blame Leader McConnell for not unifying the Senate to put country over party after they saw what happened on January 6. I blame McConnell for being singularly responsible for doing nothing while Trump metastasized into the monster we have before us today.

Speaking up now from a safe place is the mark of a coward.

Nothing to see here, just more desperate lawfare.

#17 | POSTED BY COMMNOTES

Yeah.

It's only 1,800 pages of evidence of crimes that a candidate for president has committed.

So for maga maroons. Nothing important.

Lawfare would he hiding a candidate's crimes from voters before an election.

Like the FBI did for trump in 2016.
