Why would it be difficult for Trump to undo? If Biden can do it with an executive action, Trump should be able to undo it with one. Something smells fishy here.

Biden is not king. His "decrees" are not law. Trump should be able to undo this.

No, I read the article, dumbass.

The action, which CNN reported on Friday, invokes the 1953 Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, a law that gives presidents broad authority to withdraw federal waters from future oil and gas leasing and development.

The law does not give presidents explicit authority to revoke the action and place federal waters back into development, meaning President-elect Donald Trump would have to get Congress to change it before he could reverse Biden's move.

Still, it's a bitch move to do. Even if I do agree with some parts of it.

When an old senile political idiot like Joe Biden makes policy it should mean nothing if Democrats were honest. He should not even be relevant as President if Democrats were honest. But we know they are not.

Democrats have a history of dishonesty and playing games instead of honest sincerity. At their core it is what fundamentally they are as well as the news media they own

His Orangeness is owed nothing.

My goodness you're good at whining.

I have the feeling that you're going to be doing that a lot over the next four years. Or for whatever time Orangeman's obese frame allows him to stay with us.

@#5 ... When an old senile political idiot like Joe Biden makes policy ...

So, you seem to have no issues with the policy itself, but the only issue you raise is with the person who issued it.

Stated differently, even if it were not Pres Biden who put forth this policy, you would agree with it.

Pretty sure that's his best bit.

@#12 ... As if Biden hadn't done enough damage already. ...

What, specifically, damage has Pres Biden done?

The Infrastructure bill that Pres Biden fought for, and was able to get passed? (a bill, btw, that Pres-elect Trump said he would pass during his first term, but never did, in spite of the many PR announcements {~Infrastructure Week~} about it?)

Or maybe, the Chips and Science Act that Pres Biden fought for and was able to get passed?

So, what damage?

Yer up ...

Nothing like waiting until the last second.

I wonder if Biden's staffers could have pulled this off when he was lucid.

Orange the Great today refuses to rule out military force to annex Greenland.

Greenland? A peaceful neighbor who has never attacked us? Associated with Denmark, a NATO ally?

Whenever I hear things like this I am disgusted at you, personally.
