I think it's going to be much higher. Most rural hospitals are heavily reliant on Medicaid funds, the same is true of nursing homes. These rural heathcare deserts will be exacerbated by the MAGAt party killing their own constituents because gawd forbid they don't deliver billionairs their tax cuts. I have been thinking this for awhile but more so lately that Dotard seems more and more divorced from the day to day operation of the WH.
