"Scientists used a tool called Horvath's clock to measure something called epigenetic age. This tells them how old someone's body looks on the inside, based on changes in their DNA.

The results were surprising. On average, men who followed the full program ended up 2 years younger in biological terms. Those who didn't change their habits aged a bit " about 1 year. In some cases, the age reversal was much bigger " up to 9 years."

Wow, these scientists are engaged in a tremendous amount of Waste, Fraud, and Abuse!
You can just cut a person down and count the rings.
Then you know how old they were.

In general, it's common sense, backs up what is general known from the Mediterranean diet, Okinawa diet, etc.
A little more specific in focusing in on the methylation aspect specific foods offer.

So don't eat crap and you won't crap yourself too soon.

Umm ok!! Good idea.

But it still does not mean you will actually live "longer". There are still quite a few factors not accounted for. Healthier maybe. Longer? That's up to the universe.
