Dear Andrew Cuomo, New Yorkers rejected you in the primary. And now you're pressing them again to pick you? No means no. -- George Takei (@georgetakei.bsky.social) Jul 14, 2025 at 4:30 PM

AIPAC and the status quo dinosaurs of NYC are desperate to beat Zohran Mamdani, potentially the first Muslim Mayor of the Big Apple. Mamdani's socialist message of raising taxes on the oligarchs and defying Dummkopf Trumpf has appealed to New Yorkers. US Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) endorses and supports Zohran Mamdani, while AIPAC-funded Democrats have either been mute or critical, like mentally ill US Senator John Fetterman (D-PA). Zohran's enemies are amassing a huge financial war chest to defeat him on 4 Nov 2025.

Andrew Cuomo did alright for himself as a Democrat and civil servant. In 2021, Cuomo began collecting a $50,000 per year state pension after leaving the office of NYS Governor, which he won as a Democrat: www.celebritynetworth.com
"Thanks for all the money and success, Democratic Party, but my loyalties lie elsewhere now." Signed, Andrew 'AIPAC' Cuomo

The only chance for Cuomo is if the other egomaniacs drop out.
Then again, Mossad could just interfere in our elections and Republicans would cheer.

On election night when Mamdani makes his victory speech he will be sure to thank Cuomo and his tremendous ego for handing him the office of Mayor of NYC! Cuomo just doesn't get it, the voters already rejected him, but he refuses to step aside.

Before now and 4 Nov, Zohran Mamdani's enemies will unleash a torrent of blasphemies on the poor guy, backed by millions of dollars because Bibi won't be happy if the 'crown jewels' (NYC) falls into the hands of a Muslim: pbs.twimg.com

Gee, I wonder where fellow Democrat and New Yorker House Minority Leader Congressman Hakeem Jeffries stands on Zohran Mamdani's campaign to be Mayor of New York City? www.boughtbyzionism.org

No means no Andy.
Cuomo began collecting a $50,000 per year state pension
That is chump change to a life long political animal.

$4,166 a month, I think that gets you an indoor parking spot in NYC.

Cuomo knows that he is not going to win. He and Adams are setting the stage for a republican to win.

Not to worry, the Jews in NYC will make sure your socialist, Arab never wins this race. Just like they plucked Bowman and Bush out of their seats in congress.

This is just a play to make sure a real liberal doesn't win. That's why cuomo didn't blink when he lost the primary.

Mario Cuomo was three-times Governor of NYS and Andrew Cuomo twice, as Democrats. They owe everything to the Democratic Party. Now disgraced Andrew Cuomo is ungratefully and shamelessly turning his back on that legacy by trying to spoil the chances of fellow Democrat Zohran Mamdani by running as an independent: mondoweiss.net
Today the Immortal Bard would say to Andrew 'Quisling' Cuomo: "Thou traitorous white-livered unwashed lickspittle swineherd!"

@#12 ... Not to worry, the Jews in NYC ...
Back a decade or three ago, I had read that Brooklyn (a borough of NYC) was the largest Jewish settlement outside of Israel.

According to the local NYC reporting I see each evening, fmr Gov Cuomo also said that he would drop out of the race in September if he were not the strongest candidate (i.e., #2 in the polls) against Rep Mamdani.

In the 90s is when Israel really opened up the West Bank to Settlers. Many to most of them are from outside Israel.
And much like the Palestinians whose number somehow keeps increasing,
As as aside, Palestinian population growth in captivity is hilariously touted as evidence of "see, it's not a genocide, we clearly can't kill them as fast as they make them" by their captors.
Anyway, Israel has the highest population growth among modern nations, so there's far more Jews in Israel than in New York City these days. It's a booming economy with socialized medicine modeled after a European social democracy, and the ongoing war effort is largely funded by the United States, like Trump complains about us doing for the European social democracies that comprise NATO.

Brooklyn, the Most Jewish Spot on Earth (2018) www.hadassahmagazine.org
... By any measure, Brooklyn is the most Jewish place in America. Approximately 600,000 Jews now call the borough home, down from an incredible 900,000 in the 1940s. One in four Brooklyn residents is Jewish, the largest proportion by far among New York City's five boroughs, according to the most recent survey by the UJA-Federation of New York. "There are more Jews right now in Brooklyn than anywhere else in the world, including the city of Tel Aviv," said Ron Schweiger, the borough's official historian, whose Flatlands home is a shrine to the long-vanished Brooklyn Dodgers (the team moved to Los Angeles in 1957). ...

Zohran Mamdani scores prize endorsement in New York City mayoral race amid big business questionsabc7ny.com
... Democratic candidate for New York City mayor, Zohran Mamdani, has scored a prize endorsement from the largest union for city workers. It comes a day after Andrew Cuomo officially announced he is staying in the race as an independent. "What use is it to go through months of contract negotiation to win those hard-earned raises only for you to go back to your rent-stabilized apartment and face an even bigger increase in your rent?" Mamdani said. For Mamdani, there is no bigger prize than the endorsement of DC37, the city's largest municipal labor union. "What use is it to have the greatest city in the world if New Yorkers can't afford to live here? We do not want this to become a museum where working people once lived," Mamdani said. "We want it to be a living, breathing testament of what's possible." Affordability is the centerpiece of Mamdani's upbeat, upstart campaign. He's already endorsed by the city's teachers' union, the Hotel Trades Council, the New York State Nurses Association, SEIU 32BJ and the New York City Central Labor Council. ...
