Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

The women whom Jeffrey Epstein abused demand to be heard. And their voices -- long suppressed, but now emerging powerfully and with courage -- could further fuel the maelstrom around President Donald Trump and aides who dig the scandal deeper each time they try to end it.

Epstein victims speak out: This "smacks of a cover up." Several victims have sent letters to the judges who will decide whether to grant the DOJ's request to unseal the grand jury materials in their cases.

Notice the administration's focus on protecting Trump's voluminous and evidently compromised buttocks. Not a word, nary a peep about the girls/children Epstein and Maxwell used and abused. What's Trump so afraid of (because he's clearly sheeting his 5X pantaloons over this)?

One thing,: the more victims speak out the more tawdry Trump's gifting to Maxwell of a berth at Club Fed and likely a pardon becomes.

In #1 "and likely a pardon becomes" should be "and a likely pardon becomes."

Guess he'll be signing the Deport the Victims to Ghana EO soon.

This Club Fed is an assassins dream location.

Limited to no perimeter fencing and off campus activities... between ping pong and designer meals.

Anyone who endangers Trump is in danger themselves.

#5: Hi Corky, good point. In an average year, 4,330 people die by guns in Texas. Texas firearms licenses in 2021: 1,006,555; 45.7% of Texans live in homes with guns.

"Will no one rid me of this turbulent priest?"

First they get raped as children by powerful men, and now they have to face those same men once again.

That takes a lot of courage, particularly given the viciousness of the dick riders that work to keep us from really learning the truth.

And meanwhile, does anyone think Epstein's clients stopped raping kids because Epstein's operation got shut down and he died?

No way.

Has Pres Trump yet shown any manner of sympathy for the victims?

You mean saying he was sorry for implying they are all liars?

No.

#10: Not one shred of sympathy for the hundreds of trafficked victims from Dummkopf Trumpf, but when he heard of Ghislaine Maxwell's prosecution he said: "I wish her well."

Young Donald Trumpf certainly enjoyed wonderful times with Ghislaine Maxwell in the 1990s. But someone doesn't look too happy in this photo. Sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell appears to be "unstrapped."

Epstein-Maxwell Victims Pose Growing Threat to Trump

Lol! No they don't.

The GOP will never grow a pair to do anything about Trump, since they fear his MAGAt supporters. Even if half leave Trump, the other half will sink the GOP candidates. And we all know that Trump's SCOTUS will never allow Trump to face his comeuppance in a court of law.

I understand the logic but Team Biden had possession of these files for 4 years and given all other efforts made to take out Trump - bankruptcy, imprisonment and ballot removal, I believe that the goods aren't sufficiently there or if they are there for Trump a Pandora's Box is opened for all sorts of others powerful men and maybe a few women too.

You wouldn't believe Biden if he had released them. You would be hollering fake news and lawfare. Just sayin

@#13 ... The GOP will never grow a pair to do anything about Trump, since they fear his MAGAt supporters. ...

That's almost self-contradictory, since it has been, and still is, the MAGA supporters who want the Epstein files released.

imo, The GOP saw that contradiction, and reacted to it be putting their tail between their legs and recessing Congress early.

So, now this will likely drag out until September and beyond because Pres Trump seems to be powerless to quell it.

As I said, "[the GOP] fear[s] [Trump's] MAGAt supporters. Even if half leave Trump, the other half will sink the GOP candidates."

MAGAts aren't a unified block, other than their allegiance to Trump. Some will be shaken by proof that Trump is a pedo, a large portion will not. And that portion loyal to Trump will be more than enough to sink the GOP's electoral prospects. Which means that Trump has zero to fear from the victims. The legislative branch won't remove him, the GOP won't abandon him, and the SCOTUS won't allow his prosecution (oh wait, that's redundant with "the GOP won't abandon him).

We agree so far. Though I prefer to use the attribution "cult" instead of your "block."

... Some will be shaken by proof that Trump is a pedo, a large portion will not. And that portion loyal to Trump will be more than enough to sink the GOP's electoral prospects. ...

My concern with that determination is:

The question - will those who are "shaken by proof" ever leave the MAGA cult, if they do, where would they go?

Another question - how might that affect how the GOP runs our Government?

... The legislative branch won't remove him, the GOP won't abandon him, and the SCOTUS won't allow his prosecution (oh wait, that's redundant with "the GOP won't abandon him). ...

I agree.

The GOP has been turned into MAGA cult members.

Obsequious obedience to the cult leader.

The Constitution's Check and Balances no longer seem to matter.

So, in spite
