Trumpers have an open invitation to re-locate to Russia... although that tends to be problematic without getting drafted or imprisoned.

"Secret" in the headline, if you read the article, means not much talked about in the international press; there's lots more and different things to say about Russia as they are busy bombing civilians and bribing Trump most of the time.
