I saw Jethro Tull in 1982 at the Omni. It was a very good show, refreshing and simple compared to some of the concerts of the time.
They wore animal suits and ran around in a circle under a strobe light for Bungle In The Jungle. I was tripping.

Hank Williams

"Why Don't You Love Me" (1950)

It was played at the end of the movie
"The Last Picture Show"; which I thought was a very appropriate ending for that movie.

The only band I saw 3 times in the 70s was Tull; Ian Anderson was the reason I started playing the flute (no, not that kind, Clowny!) with guitar and sax playing friends in college. We did a mean version of Wooden Ships, lol.

Also a Ray Thomas and Ian McDonald fan.

Lyrics excerpt ...

genius.com

...
A late (1969) Flower Power 60's rebellion genre English hit. Produced by Pete Townshend of The Who, who also played bass guitar on the recording.

[Verse 1]
Call out the instigators
Because there's something in the air
We got to get together sooner or later
Because the revolution's here
And you know it's right
And you know that it's right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now

[Instrumental Break]

[Verse 2]
Lock up the streets and houses
Because there's something in the air
We got to get together sooner or later
Because the revolution's here,
And you know it's right
And you know that it's right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now

[Instrumental Bridge]

[Verse 3]
Hand out the arms and ammo
We're gonna blast our way through here
We got to get together sooner or later
Because the revolution's here

And you know it's right
And you know that it's right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now
