Republicans, for decades, fooled millions into believing that they believed in things.

It's clear they believe in nothing but power.

Everything else they claimed to believe was just a convenient argument used at that place and time.

As for religious beliefs, they do believe those, I think. But not genuinely as in they're followers of Christ. They believe them in that they're merely a rationale to allow themselves to believe the facade that they're decent people.

Who would have thought that all those gun owners in Chicago are actually freedom fighters, in Alexander Hamilton's view in Federalist #29, and James Madison's view in Federalist 46? As could soon be determined by the SCOTUS, those possessing guns in Dem cities are actually terrorists who may be shot on sight by the US military apparatus occupying said city...

Rofl. States rights and national defense are NOT the same thing. Anyone else would know this...a bunch of liberals wouldn't since it doesn't meet their narrative.

This is like saying liberals were once fighters for free speech/expression (ideology level, not First Amendment level) but now want people to be canceled/arested because of things they say. While they can be spun to make a partisan point by relation, it doesn't necessarily mean that's true. This is just more propaganda to try to get people to hate another party instead of actual journalism meant to try to get the party's working together on real problems.

First, lock up the president. He is a felon and a pedo. Then you can talk.

Second, lock up the J6ers for life. They were more violent than this guy prior to the murder charge.

Third, he wasn't let out 14 times. He was arrested 14 times. When charged and convicted, he served his time.

Fourth, there is no mental health help out there. You idiot Republicans have seen to that. You've also seen fit to make sure anyone who goes to jail doesn't receive any mental health services. It virtually impossible they would re-offend.

States' rights?
Oregonians voted against sales taxes and for total vote by mail in all elections, local as well as federal. Of course the Trump conspiracy imposed (tariff) sales tax on all consumers without consent of Congress, or Oregonians. And Trump is working to get the damn federal Supreme Court to let him outlaw vote by mail, as when you give the people a way to vote that helps them to cast their ballot, Republican Party candidates tend to lose.
