Now that the IDF has for the most part annihilated the Palestinians in Gaza, it's funny how now the Democrats are fighting hard against the GOP budget, unlike in March when Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) capitulated to the Republicans when the ethnic cleansing in Gaza wasn't complete.

But Schumer knows full well that a minimum 60% of the Israeli population are rightwing and religious, so that faux call to hold elections wouldn't have changed a thing about Israel absorbing Gaza and the West Bank. But Schumer got a nice sound bite out of it.
