ROFL! No, Putin did not change Hair Furor's mind. Putin's Beach is firmly Team Russkie, just as he has always been, and still sucking on Putin's manhood with all his might.
Any show Trump makes of potentially helping Ukraine is just to placate GOPhers who haven't switched teams from NATO. He wants to stop those few Repubs from abandoning or criticizing him and joining forces with Dems to push through even minuscule aid to Ukraine.
