Opening sentence emended to:
President Dummkopf Cankletrumpf is still working on a proposal to address a spike in Obamacare health insurance premiums while barely being able to waddle on a golf course.

He ain't been working on nothing.

At the moment The Lamest Donald Duck(!) of All Time is pissing off more Republicans than his poll numbers can stand; he's already down to the bare basement of his Base.
Between bringing back Obamacare Credits, that he told the Republicans to diss during the Epstein Shutdown, playing footsies in the WH with Mamdani, and pretending not to do what Vlad tells him to do... and about to Fire half his Cabinet for Loyal Incompetency, not to mention making the splashes that will cause a Blue Wave and wipe them out, well, I hate to be the one to say this, but: He's quacking up.

The Trump / MAGA /GOP health care plan for the plebs should take only a couple lines on a single sheet of paper. The absolute bestest, mostest, biglyest, ever seenest plan will be available in: 2 weeks........2 weeks........2 weeks........2 weeks........2 weeks..............
followed by the actual plan: 1. Work until you are disabled, 2. Die fast or, a) face deportation to a sand bar in the middle of the ocean (bigly water that's very wet)
