They should just give it to them with no expectation of repayment.

Europe was slow to respond to Hitler and up to this announcement I think they've been way to slow to respond to Putin and his buddy Trump.

I think they have done that. I think this plan says that Russia will be repaid out of the reparation funds they eventually send to Ukraine when this is over.

Ukraine is nothing more than Minnesota Fraud at an international level.
Everyone but you idiots know this, that's why they are giving it to Ukraine, so they get kickbacks.

So Russia is appealing to legal authorities that laws need to be followed, they should be given the money...after their mass murdering psychopath of a leader, Putin, had Ukraine illegally invaded and thousands of its citizens killed or wounded.

Keep hitting Pooty Poot's palaces. Daddy Vlad's house of cards is beginning to crumble. Next target, the Kremlin. Authoritarians base their whole existence on projection and perceived invincibility. If they cannot even protect their own homes, how strong are they really?

I say get that filthy Russian money assets out of their coffers! Let a Zelensky delegation handle it. He understands the Russian mindset so much better than just about anyone right now. Zelensky is a smart man... let him and deliver to Putin however he sees fit.

It's dumb to give more money to corrupt-o-crats running the Ukraine. A lot of this money will find it's way back to the US to recharge accounts run low due to Trump's war on NGOs.
