Incredible news for California's water supply entering the new year - not a single square mile of California is categorized as dry for the first time in 25 years, according to the latest U.S. Drought Monitor.

Its the first time since I have lived here that we aren't in a drought condition.

But I still have water restrictions, this will never change.

Could it be because of the massive amounts of rainfall this fall/winter by atmospheric rivers that have caused catastrophic flooding?
