I've always enjoyed Mr Rogan's performance as the IT-guy character in the TV series, NewsRadio.
He nailed it.

Pres Trump, with his ICE militia, does seem to be trying to provoke unrest.

Why is Pres Trump using ICE to stoke this apparent violence?

I wish I could disagree.
But as I have mentioned a few times previously, living in the YC media area, I have known of then citizen Trump since the late 80's and early 90's. Back then, he always seemed to be trying to get on the news, or in the various columns of the newspapers.
So, racist bigot?
