More: Trump made the unprecedented decision to sit in on oral arguments, staring down the court's nine justices as they quizzed his lawyers on one of the most consequential constitutional questions they face this year: whether all children born in the United States can continue to automatically receive citizenship.
But after less than 90 minutes of watching several of his own handpicked justices tear his arguments apart, the president abruptly left.
The Daily Beast watched as his motorcade exited the Supreme Court and zipped down Independence Avenue at about 11.25 am.
"We are the only Country in the World STUPID enough to allow "Birthright" Citizenship!" he posted on Truth Social after returning to the White House, ignoring the fact that dozens of countries confer citizenship at birth with no conditions.

"AMENDMENT XIV
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Birthright citizenship is absolutely being abused in our country. Nevertheless, I don't see a path around the clear language of the 14th Amendment.
Wannabe gun-grabbers have the same frustration with 2A.

That would only be applicable if NEITHER parent was a citizen. Dad was a citizen at the time of their birth. I'm laughing at the 4 morons who gave that post NW flags.
