Yeah, DANNI, it's almost as if in all instances, whether large or small, Putin holds some sort of magical trump card.

Makes perfect sense. Russia is an ally of both sides of the conflict.

"It travelled from Dubai to Muscat, Oman"
It's not a blockade of Dubai.

"Idemitsu Maru tanker carrying Saudi oil crosses Strait of Hormuz"
I thought the United States Navy was blockading the Strait. Then again, it is Taco Tuesday.

The Ukrainian intelligence services are excellent and experienced.
If they have intercepted Russian signals and publishing their findings in official outlets, bank on it.

Right, Also it's not "shipping", just a noncommercial boat. Nothing to see here.

Not according to US Central Command. They've been consistent in calling it a blockade of Iran, not the Strait.
"The U.S. Navy is specifically blockading vessels entering or exiting Iranian ports and coastal areas, rather than a total closure of the Strait of Hormuz. This targeted action, focused on curbing Iranian cash flow, applies to ships of all nations trafficking in Iranian goods. centcom (.mil)"

Grant you it is confusing there is what Trump says and then there's what the actual federal government branches say. Does not often match up, but the branches are usually the ones more accurate by a large margin.

So, where was the yacht relative to the blockade line on the map?
#16 | Posted by LampLighter at 2026-04-28 10:00 PM | Reply
At first on one side (Dubai), and then on the other (Muscat).

Where do you think the line is supposed to be?
#18 | Posted by sitzkrieg at 2026-04-29 08:09 AM | Reply
And why is the line supposed to stop things not coming from Iran?
