Vladimir Putin suggests Ukraine war is 'coming to an end'[image or embed]

"Putin said he would be willing to negotiate new security arrangements for Europe, and that his preferred negotiating partner would be Germany's former Chancellor Gerhard Schrder.

If the war ends with Ukraine being an independent and sovereign state, then Putin lost.

I'll believe it when he returns all the lands he annexed by use of his military during his unprovoked invasion of a sovereign Ukraine.
