"With the signing of a $25 billion memorandum of understanding, Jalali said the Hormoz project " alongside the ongoing expansion of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant " represents one of the most significant pillars of Iranian-Russian cooperation in the field of what Tehran describes as "peaceful nuclear energy."

The Hormoz project is set to be developed by Iran's "private sector" in cooperation with Russia's state nuclear energy corporation, Rosatom, according to Iranian media."

"Pentagon likely to cancel missile deal with Germany over fears of Russia

The Pentagon is expected to cancel a plan to send Tomahawk missiles to Germany partly because officials are concerned Russia will view it as an escalation, a startling reversal of a long-planned agreement with one of America's biggest allies.

U.S. officials fear Moscow will retaliate if the Trump administration follows through on the effort to deploy precision missiles in the middle of the continent, according to two European officials and one American official.

But any decision not to deliver them would yank back a deal made during the Biden administration and leave Berlin without defenses German leaders say they desperately need."

From page 3 of the Iran agreement that Pres trump tore up in 2018 ...

... iii.
Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons.

iv.
Successful implementation of this JCPOA will enable Iran to fully enjoy its right to nuclear energy for peaceful purposes under the relevant articles of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in line with its obligations therein, and the Iranian nuclear programme will be treated in the same manner as that of any other non-nuclear-weapon state party to the NPT. ...

Incredible. Russia is acting like a better ally dealing with Iran, than the US as an ally is acting towards Ukraine and NATO (Canada, Denmark, the UK, etc).

Too bad the Islamophobes and neo-cons like Sebastian Gorka and John Bolton (who is about to plead guilty to a national security crime) and AIPAC prevented a lasting detente between the US and Iran.

The Iran nuclear deal worked well and Dummkopf Trumpf threw it away listening to ICC-indicted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.

Oil-rich Iran and her 93 million people would be on our side today instead of the Kremlin.

Now the US is over $100bn in debt over this idiotic "Forever War."

Thanks Bibi, Dotard, and AIPAC! Irrational Muslim hatred has done a lot of good for the peace-loving, hard-working American taxpayer.
